My mom, Muriel Robinson Dent, passed away in December, 1992, after her third battle with cancer. She was 44.
She was such an amazing person! She and my dad, Cliff, had 3 children. They raised their kids in Kenai, Alaska where they owned a construction company.
She won many awards for her crafts and was an accomplished artist. She is survived by her husband, daughter Adeena Wilcox of Alaska (that's me), son Curtis Dent of Oregon and daughter Arlene Sullivan of New Mexico. Though she didn't get to meet them all...she is survived by 6 grandkids and 1 great grand child.
She had many fond memories of Corvallis and spoke of it often. That had such an influence on us that my brother and I both attended Oregon State University and we consider Corvallis our second home.
Thank you for the opportunity to brag about my mom, I miss her so!!!

Muriel was one of my closest friends in high school. We double dated almost every weekend one summer when I dated a friend of Cliff's, and shared many more fun times. I had tried many times to find her and was very sad to finally see (via this website) that she had passed away. She was an amazing person, and I'm glad that even tho her life was short, it was happy and fulfilling.
