It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Brett of Laurel, Maryland, who passed away on November 11, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Florence Brett and Robert Brett; his wife Christine Brett (Smith); his children, Gina Martinez (Pat), Shaun Brett (Andrea) and Shelley Menear (Ian); and his step-daughter Theresa Smith (Matt). He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Mike was a fellow Adair member of the Class of 65. His family lived just down the block from my family.
My memory of Mike is that he always had a smile on his face. He was a fun loving, friendly guy. I didn't
know Mike ended up back East and with such a large family but his Adair family (both relatives and friends) was
also quite large and he will be missed by us all.
