A year after graduation I enlisted in the USN and spent the first 7 years in the Middle East. I had additional assignments around Washington D.C. and Virginia. This is where I met my wife. Upon discharge we moved to upstate NY (in a small town in the Finger Lakes), Geneva. I spent an additional 25 years in federal service and retired in 2003.
